YHEC offers information skills training from experienced searchers and researchers. We offer regular courses in York in well-equipped computer classrooms. These currently include:

- Information retrieval to inform systematic reviews and health technology assessments;
- Endnote as a project support tool;
- Developing search filters;
- Appraising search strategies;
- Advanced MEDLINE searching;
- Searching the Cochrane Library efficiently.

Cancellation and Indemnity
- Cancellations 1 month or more before the event is: The course fee (less 10% administrative charge);
- Cancellations less than 14 days before the event: No Refunds;
- All Cancellations must be notified in writing to York Health Economics Consortium (address can be found on our website www.yhec.co.uk);
- No charge will be made for replacement delegates;
- York Health Economics Consortium is unable to grant extended credit and therefore must request that full payment be made within 21 days from the date of invoice. Should payment not be received within 21 days from the date of invoice, York Health Economics Consortium will apply an administration charge of £40+VAT. All payments must be received before attending the training course.
